Refund policy

1. RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

1.1 Custom-Made Policy
As all products are made to order and tailored specifically for each customer, we do not offer returns or exchanges.

1.2 Alterations
We offer up to two (2) to three (3) rounds of complimentary alterations to ensure the perfect fit. Alteration requests must be made within seven (7) calendar days of receiving the product.. Altered product will be delivered in 7 working days.

1.3 Communication
For any questions, concerns, or alteration requests, customers may reach out via email or direct message on Instagram, along with the order number.

2. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

2.1 Processing and Shipping Time
All orders are processed and dispatched within two (2) business weeks. Sundays and public holidays are excluded.

2.2 Domestic and International Shipping
We offer worldwide shipping. Standard and express shipping options are available. Charges for express shipping apply additionally.

2.3 Shipping Charges and Delivery Time
Shipping costs and delivery timelines may vary based on the destination, prevailing climate conditions, and courier partner serviceability. Product will be delivered in 7-10 working days.

2.4 Tracking and Delays
Once dispatched, customers will receive a tracking link. While we are not liable for delays caused by courier services, we will assist with resolution wherever possible.

3. REFUND POLICY

3.1 Timeframe
Refunds are applicable only in exceptional cases (such as delivery of an incorrect or defective product) and are processed within five (5) business days of product inspection and are credited within 5 business days

3.2 Mode of Refund
Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original method of payment or as store credit, as per customer preference.

3.3 Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in cases of incomplete deliveries or confirmed product faults.

4. CANCELLATION POLICY

4.1 Cancellation Window
Orders may be cancelled within two (2) hours of placement by contacting us via email or Instagram direct message.

4.2 Refund on Cancellation
Eligible cancellations will be refunded within three (3) to five (5) business days.
